The real estate is in the centre of the city,on the Golden Beach, in a street that is parallel with the promenade in the greenbelt. It is 30 ms away from the beach where there is sand-beach and it is free. It is 100 ms far fromthe town's lido which satisfies every demand. Supermarket, restaurants and fast-food-restaurants can be found in not more than 3-minutes-walk. The town-centre, the railway-station and the harbour are in 5-8 minutes' walk.

The weekend house is suitable for relaxing, it is in a very silent place but at the same time it is very close to the most visited places in the town.

The house is newly built, it consists of 4 equal apartments. Each of them has separate entrance.
Two apartments are downstairs and two upstairs. ( No owner living in the house. )

The apartments are available from the 4 th of June, from Saturday to Saturday, in weekly or more weeks' turns.

In an apartment
there are two rooms, a kitchen with a dining-room, bathroom, toilet. The furniture is modern, the rooms are carpeted.

Equipmency: TV; cable- channels, fridge, gascooker, coffee-maker,pots and pans in the kitchen, garden furniture, on the terrace, pool, garden grill.

Parking place:
for 5-6 cars, without disturbing the other cars.

One apartment is ideal for 4 persons, but each room can have an extra bed for a person if it is needed.

You can turn to us for advice how to spend your holidays (sport, entertainment, excursions.)

We can offer you one-day excursions with a guide to Budapest, Pussta, Danube - bend, wine-trip around Lake Balaton,sailing-trips.

The apartmants can be occupied from 2 in the afternoon and must be left till 10 in the morning. Pets are not allowed.
